We are currently looking for candidates for the following positions:

Landscape Construction Foreman

Required Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of landscape construction, such as operating equipment, demolition, site and soil preparation, grading, hardscape installation, plant material installation, and irrigation installation
  • Professional disposition especially when interacting with co-workers, clients, and vendors
  • Ability to direct a crew of two-five laborers in a safe and productive manner with minimal supervision
  • This position must attend to and complete all paperwork and administrative requirements related to their jobs
  • Be committed to the highest quality workmanship
  • Able to read landscape plans and drawings
  • Ensures that production is kept on schedule
  • Complies with company policies and procedures
  • Have a valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English in written and oral forms
  • Be a Certified Landscape Technician
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the landscape construction industry
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a landscape construction foreman

Irrigation Technician

Required Qualifications:

  • This candidate must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of irrigation installation, repair, and service
  • Professional disposition especially when interacting with co-workers, clients, and vendors
  • Be committed to the highest quality workmanship
  • Complies with company policies and procedures
  • Perform the operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of manual, semi-automatic and automatic irrigation systems
  • Install, maintain, and repair drainage systems
  • Repair irrigation system defects
  • Maintain parts and supplies inventory
  • Perform preventative and curative maintenance on main pumps and pump controllers
  • Maintain daily record of activities and expenses
  • Check newly installed irrigation system for leaks, lakes, and dry areas
  • Operate and maintain light utility vehicles and powered equipment
  • Train maintenance employees in irrigation processes
  • Have a valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English in written and oral forms
  • Be a Be a Certified Landscape Technician and/ or a Certified Irrigation Technician
  • Have a minimum of 3 years irrigation experience
  • Record changes in irrigation system component routings or locations on the working copy of the system as-built drawings.
